Residential Elevators Residential Elevators provide convenience for people who shouldn't or don't want to climb stairs. They also add value and prestige to homes. Elevators can be designed into new home construction or added to existing homes. Stair Ease The Stair Ease eliminates the problems that stairs cause people with physical limitations. The rotating seat swivels left or right for easy access, locks in three positions and folds to within 13" of the baseboard, in one easy motion. Call and send controls are located at the top and bottom of stairs and on chair. Safety features include obstruction sensors and broken cable safety device. A night light also serves as a power indicator and the chair can be hand operated in the event of a power outage. Click on image for larger picture. Dumbwaiter The dumbwaiter is a convenient way to transport items from floor to floor. With it's roller truck riding in a specially formed monorail, and it is highly adaptable to existing conditions. It can travel up to 35', opening on any or all three sides at different stations, either at counter level or floor level. The drive unit can be placed at the base of the hoistway, overhead, or adjacent at any level, and requires only an ordinary 115v 15 AMP house current on its own circuit. Perfect for churches, schools, meeting halls, offices and homes. The Vertical Lift has a sealed hydraulic lift which provides a smooth ride with smooth stop and start. The fiberglass construction eliminates the rattling noise often heard on metal units. The Lift is also available in 20 attractive colors (shown in larger picture view) that can easily be applied to make the lift stand out or blend into it's environment.
